Our Promise We make cookware for people who love to cook -- and we stand behind it. Our policies are fair, clear, and human, while respecting that cookware is meant to be used. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

RETURNS — TRY IT FOR 15 DAYS You may return or exchange any Made In product within 15 days of delivery:

  • 15-day window from the date of delivery
  • Used returns are welcome — we expect you to cook with it
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items must include all original components

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BY PRODUCT

  • Stainless Clad: Normal discoloration, patina, or seasoning is expected. That's your pan breaking in, not breaking down
  • Carbon Steel: Improves with use; early seasoning imperfections are part of the process
  • Nonstick / CeramiClad: 15 days gives you enough time to know if it's right for you.
